Im 40 years old and was sent by my dr to get a detailed sono. Got to see my baby boy. Everything looked great with him. They did however find that i have a low lying placenta. Anyone else have a low lying placenta?

SpecialK that is great! Im praying that I will be as luck as you. I have an appt on the 23rd to see if it has moved up. Im really hoping that it will rise.

I had a low lying placenta and by 28 weeks it had moved enough away from the cervix to no longer be a concern

I have a low lying placenta for the second pregnancy. I’m 25 weeks so we will check again, but it resolved in my first pregnancy which I’m hoping will happen again. Good luck mama!
