I go on the 28th for my recheck on the low lying placenta it’s my second baby and I’m 32 which my doctor said it makes it more common it made me feel old ?

Yes MommaGunn thank you. Fingers crossed. You can have low lying placenta when its your second pregnancy or more which it is. If you've had a miscarriage which i have and if you are over 35 which i am. Even with those statistics im still hoping for the best.

I don't have a low lying placenta but was told they usually move and as long as it's not covering your cervix by the time he comes you will be fine ? fingers crossed for you that it moves!!! ?

wbretana...i really hope it moves up soon. I have to go back to Driscoll in 6 weeks to see if it has moved. I dont remember having this with my first, its been way too long. Wish you the best and hope yours keeps moving up.

I have a low lying placenta too but it’s moving up. I go weekly because my cervix is naturally short so they want to check it to make sure I don’t need a cerclage again (same thing last time they just didn’t take as many measurements). Placenta was 0.5cm from my cervix and now it’s 1.25cm away. I’m sure yours will move.
