I had this when I was pregnant it was more the left than the right for me and basically my left side had slipped down slightly and it was so painful, it still plays up from time to time now xx

I'm not pregnant Though :( so don't know why it's hurting x

Did you have spd or anything whilst you where? Or your sciatica nerve? Xx

Never had spd had sciatica but that's in a different place and different pain.

I dunno about a uti I've had them a few times and it's nothing like this plus no other symptoms x

Hmm maybe speak to doc anyway they will be able to refer you to the physo and they will be able to see if your pelvis has moved out of alignment at all xx

Do you suffer ibs? I get this when my bowel is inflamed

Been to the doctor they sent me to hospital as suspected appendicitis did a scan to check for other stuff too and they don't know what it is x
