Cot to bed? My little girl was 2 in feb she's in a cot still it's a cot bed. When should I change it…

Once she can climb out, that's what we did with my little boy he was 2 and 3 months.

Go with what she wants, I bought Millie a big girl bed but she always asks to sleep in her travel cot xx

I've just this week changed my 19 month old daughters cot into a bed. She learnt to climb out so that made the decision easy.

We changed Bethany's at around 21 months, she wasn't climbing out but tried climbing IN every night!

Plus we were going on holiday the week she turned 2 and a travel cot wasn't an option.

I'd say once she can climb out, my little boy managed to climb out of his at 10 months I was stood on the landing and he flipped out I'd never been so scared in my life with him so I changed him to a toddler bed because I'd rather him fell out of that which isnt far of the ground than a cot. He could walk and get in and out of it himself he was running by 9 months and has always been so strong on his legs so I was comfortable putting him in a toddler bed xx
