All I can really suggest is keep on top of pain killers when ever I'm in horrible pain I take 2 paracetamol then 2 hours later 2 ibruprofen as you can take them together but Doing them 2 hours apart makes sure ones always in your system fighting the pain so still taking paracetamol every 4 hours but ibruprofen 2 hours after them too if that makes sense , just try and be as comfortable as possible can't really suggest much else sorry if it's useless lol , after my C Section pain killers were a life saver lol

I was fine the first time but this time I'm a little more sore. They said it could be because they where very close to the old scar tissue and this could be the issue. I'm 5 weeks pp on Monday

I was more sore second time round, I think it's just down to them cutting through scar tissue from the first section. Lots of rest, and regular pain relief and she'll soon be up on her feet I'm sure xx

Keeping on top of pain medication, tea tree oil couple of drops in bath apparently stops scar itching? I was terrible and walked everyday my feet were so swollen so I would say comfy shoes! Towel for sitting at seatbelt. Also I stopped tablets as they made me drowsy so I wouldn't recommend doing what I did. My pain was always bearable

I was fine pain wise both times (in my wound) I had really bad trapped wind & it was agony literally crying cuddling my mum ?
Take painkillers for at least 2 weeks I done for 4, don't try and rush things too early, granny pants and loose bottoms

I've heard taking arnica really helps with the healing x
