Migraines Does anyone get migraines when there due on there period? I'm on the pill rigevidon and every time i stopped…

Both are combined pill you shouldn't take it if you have any migraines. It puts you at a higher risk of strokes.

Mini pill or alternatives only and your gp should know that. Xx

I am on the same pill and have been for over 10 years now minus the break when I had my little girl. I used to be fine, no symptoms whatsoever but since having my little girl over 2 years ago, I've suffered with a headache around the day I'm due on. Mine doesn't usually last very long but it's still not good x

This happened to me n the doctor told me to take 3 months without a break but she changed my pill n was so much better xx

I was on microgynon with I think is similar to your pill and my migraines were soo bad!!! I had to get my sister to come and watch my son on a number of occasions because I couldn't even open my eyes it was also make my left arm feel like I had no blood supply and my veins were popping out so I stopped it and have been fine ever since! Not to scare anyway but this pill caused my friend to have a blood clot and she was only 19. I know this isn't going to happen to everyone but along with all my other reasons that's why I came of it x

I was on microginon but they swapped me to this one and said it's exactly the same and they can't give out microginon anymore!! I'm ok for the first week or so but the last week before my break the headache starts then the migraines come and last 4/5 days :( need to change! :(
