You could get her a nice piece of jewellery which she can wear in remembrance of the baby or a wee trinket thing she could put in a memory box xx

How about a small bear with the name of her baby embroidered on a it or a candle they can light in babies honour?
Or I had two identical comfort blankets. One for my angel baby to be wrapped in and one for me. They don't do babies clothes small enough and I wanted something to feel close to DS.
If you want something practical my friends did a food hamper for kids and I, plus candles, smellies, dvd's and games for the kids, biscuits, sweets etc.
My heart goes out to her she's doing something that her body won't want and goes against being a mummy but is clearly what is best for her and baby xx

I got the blankets from John Lewis. They're baby taggie blankets I chose penguins as it was winter and Christmas. However they do rabbits etc in the colours of boy/girl. The actual blanket isn't massive, but bigger than a normal taggie so wrapped him snuggly. Maybe I was odd but I didn't want him to be cold in his coffin and didn't want him to go without my smell so I cuddled in before I wrapped him in it. Mine I held alongside him as he passed and it gave me comfort to smell of him xx

She's due the 21st of December which is the day before my sister lost her bubba. It's just so hard but I'm gonna get the blankets I think so she can give one to the baby and keep one. Thank you xx

It's amazing what you're doing. I still have mine on hard days and cuddle it, like he's with me. On good days it sits in his memory box xx
