If that was me I would message him and tell him specially if you paid to get your hair done you expect it to turn out right, maybe he will ask you to come in to correct it if you message him. Xx

Don't go to toni and guy lol I'm a hairdresser and the amount of corrections I've done is incredible, they make u look amazing in front of their mirror but when it comes to washing drying and styling it yourself, you can never ever get the style the same and have no idea where the hair is supposed to go, it always just looks wrong, they are good with colour tho, I'll give them that lol X

My friend works for toni and guy and i wont let her near my hair!! She took me to the practical part of her interview so i thought she wont mess it up as its going to be checked and she cut it awful! The manager come over looked at it, didn't even touch my hair and gave her the job ?

Call the shop and say you're not happy, but don't let them near your hair again! Honestly for such a 'reputable' company they are shocking xx

I agree with Sassasuma! I'm a hairdresser and I've corrected so many haircuts from Tony and Guy! You only pay for the name of the salon not the cut! Ring the salon and explain they should correct it for free xx

I'd never let Toni and guy touch my hair again!! Colour was s*** e and don't get me started on he cut ? u honestly pay for the name nothing to do with how good the staff is! Demand a refund and go else were X

My friend went to Toni & Guy when we were in school, she came home in actual floods of tears! They gave her such a botched fringe, it was still to this day the worst cut I've ever seen... She got the piss taken out of her for weeks ?

I'd go in straight away and show the bad work. I'm sure they'd rather have happy customers instead. It should be redone for free too
