So from previous posts Isabella doesn't poo well! I was giving lactulose and it wasn't working, so went to the doctors and they prescribed movicol but she won't drink it!! Ive tried water with it like you should but nope tried squash but nope and tried prune juice but nope! She's in pain when she's trying to poo she's not eating much which could be teeth but she won't eat much dinner as she's trying to poo during and just screams where she can't. Yesterday I had to actually help her get her poo out ? what can I do to make her drink the movicol

If it's powder can you mix it with a yogurt or something? :( poor little love x

You can get different flavours such as chocolate. Also Google abdominal massage it's very useful. Up her fluids as us sounds like they are too solid jelly and ice cream count as fluids too

We've been using this in our 11 month old for about 4 months and I syringe 2 syringes full of water with the sachet of water and slowly syringe it in to her mouth. She fought me at first but lives it now - chocolate flavoured :) works a treat after a couple of days! X

Il ring the pharmacy tomorrow and ask if I can mix it with yoghurt. My son has his meds with yoghurt and can taste it so tbh I bet she will too there's quite a lot of powder. She drinks water prob not loads but I try to make her drink as much as poss also she has fruit everyday most of the time too x

Hi my little man is on it to for the last 4 years and the only way we get it into him is a small glass of 7up with it mixed in it !!
