Nancy had this, she had a small tear. She would go bright red, stiff and would literally be screaming/crying in pain. I called 111 and they gave her an out of hours appointment. They told me to keep using lactulose for a week or so, to let the tear heal xxx

Bless her! Has she been checked for allergies? My friends baby was exactly the same, she would always cry when doing a poop and tear because the poop was so hard. Turned out she had a milk allergy :(

She's 1 in 3 weeks roughy could an allergy come now? She's fine otherwise but she's been like this since before Christmas so I started lactulose and it helped until I stopped and i just think she can't live on the stuff x

I think literally everytime she has a poo she crys while going :( x

Nancy was on lactulose twice a day 5ml each time so quite abit. I think she was on it for 2 weeks, then reduced it to once a day. I was really worried about her being dependent on it. We cut out yoghurts and cut down on chocolate. She's now completely fine and not on any now. We gave it until we thought the tear had healed. Was there a lot of blood, Nancy had a tiny smear and that was it xxx

Literally the smallest bit! She loves yoghurts! We were giving the same dose then stopped and it's bad again so I think she needs it every day again xx
