I've got another headache but it's moved to the left now' vision is blurry right now so can't see what I'm writing so sorry if this makes no sense! I'm thinking about stuff way to much and now I can't sleep I keep thinking about Isabella and her surgery she had I keep getting flash backs of different occasions when we were in hospital with her! I just wanna go get her out her cot and cuddle her all night! I love her so much it actually hurts!! I want both my kids snuggled In my bed with me tonight! ?? I'm feeling rather emotional about stuff and dunno why! I just can't get over how much love I have for those two it's mad!! I wish I could sleep!! ?

The Anxiety will probably be making your headache worse. But I know it's hard not to be anxious when you're not feeling well ?
What did the GP give you when he said it was a migraine? I've lost vision with a migraine before and it can be very scary but it passes xx

Some migrain tablet can't member what it's called il look in the morning. Xx

I feel your pain hun, I've really struggled with anxiety my whole pregnancy and over think everything! :( it's horrible! Now I'm on maternity leave with less than two weeks to go till due date and I'm still not getting enough sleep! ?
Simple things like going for a nice relaxing bath before bed or breathing techniques sometimes help me to switch off....hope you feel better soon xx

Sounds like this one's a bit of a migraine. Have u been to the Dr's? I'd say it's worth them checking out your blood pressure. Also I'm quite anxious and when I worry over something I get a lot of tension headaches. Either way the Dr can help. Hope your ok x

Ask doctor to put u on propanelol after Lyrah was born I had a bad headaches everyday they out me in this and they went away x
