I've got the black out blinds and they have the temperature control to keep heat in in the winter and cool in the summer and they are so s*** I wouldn't waste your money Hun xx

I've got black out curtains & keep them closed all day, and my bedroom is actually cool x

I have blackout blinds in all the rooms upstairs and have the windows open all day then pull all the blinds down at 12 before the sun hits the front of the house where the bedrooms are. The room are cool ish ! ☺ xx
