Does it matter that the stock isn't covering the lamb?

I love my slow cooker, it's great getting home from work with tea ready! Even do jacket potatoes in there, bloody scrummy x

How do you know what you can cook in there!? How long for jackets? Xx

You can cook anything in there! I make all my casseroles and bolognaises/chilli in there....shove everything in raw and 9 hours later after work, tea is cooked! X

I bet this is smelling great now!! I ended up staying in bed, no nice dinner for me today!!! And now I am starving and really craving this and I don't even like lamb lol!!!

Stab the jackets like you would if they where going in microwave, salt and pepper and a squirt of fry light wrap individually in foil and I leave them on high all day. My slow cooker isn't as powerful as some, you may only need to leave them on low x

It's smelling soo good I want it now! But having it at 6:30 xx
