Doesnt look like the dartford crossing to me as that goes from kent into essex and vice versa, so most probably is congestion charges hun x

Yes that will be a congestion charge as you are going into central London. You can pay for it online within 24 hours i believe? Dartford crossing isnt on that route.. xx
