Don't think they'll do much for a graze but u cud check if theres anything u cud use id say no soap or products in bath I had stitches in same place hoping I won't be sore when I get round to it
I feel your pain! I tore by mine with my first ?. For me it would depend how bad it is cus you can get sore after dtd without having stitches. If you think they have opened up though maybe go get checked xx

Get checked, try a salt bath. The hospital made me have one when dd grazed me on the way out, I thought it would sting. Far from it cleaned it and helped heal quicker - hope it feels better soon
Did you do it pretty rough? You may of had sensitive skin there & if rough it's caused a graze. I'd get checked if you feel it's not right down there xx

Salt baths with a few lavender drops will speed up the healing xx
