I Always thought you left it as if they'd taken it and give next dose like normal like the 4hrs after xx

Leave it as they would have taken some and the amount would be unknown

I thought if it was straight away you had to start again if more than 30 mins you didn't maybe I'm wrong then

If I've given calpol and my son is sick, then I give nurofen as you can double calpol and nurofen anyway x

Nope never give again as You don't know how much they have swallowed and kept down always taught this in child care x

I was always told the half hour rule too. None of it will of absorbed within 20 minutes x

No don't give it again as its classed as double dosing babies absorb things quick than adults so just wait till next dose xx

We were told if it was 20mins or longer between meds and throwing up then it was fine as it would of gone into their system. If it was straight away then we were told to give again. These were heart meds though x
