Coco white Anyone used it? Does it work? Worth the money?

All the celebs are advertising it on Instagram. Considering they have gleaming white teeth before hand it's hard to tell the difference xxx

If it is - then I wouldn't do it it's a waste of money.

I used to oil pull years ago & a lot of people do it regularly, especially people that prefer homeopathic remedies.

All you need is 100% pure virgin coconut oil, which I guarantee is much much cheaper than this brand name.

It's not only good for Whitening but also for general oral health, so many benefits.

I guess the only difference is that this brand tastes of mint? But coconut oil obviously doesn't.

I would defo try just coconut oil first as it might save you a few bob! If it's crap, then I use coconut oil everyday to take my eye make up off so you could use it up that way lol xx

Strange question about the coconut oil. I've just googled it and by the look of it, it comes in a jar. Do you Have to melt it down so it becomes 'oil' or do you just take a chunk like butter lmao and put that in? I probably sound really dumb sorry x

Yes, in colder weather it solidifies and in the summer it'll be liquid in the jar. I just used to scoop a spoonful out and sit it on my tongue to melt before I swished it around my mouth. It is a big gross but it's okay. I think some people melt it in the palm of their hand then scoop it in their mouth. If you look on the fb group frugal homemaking and living there is someone on there that's used coconut oil for 2 days & the before & after picture is soooo good! Xx

It's just flavoured coconut oil so use that instead and save your money :)

I do oil pulling. I melt some pure coconut oil in the microwave, put it in silicone sweet moulds and add a drop or 2 of peppermint oil. Chill them in the fridge until they are solid again, and pop them into a little container. I keep them in the fridge. Take one in the morning and chew it till it melts, then swish for 20 mins then brush your teeth :) xx

I have a jar of pure coconut oil we use it for cooking lol people that do oil pulling did it actually work for you? Xx
