When baby was little I couldnt get it to support her properly she would flop backwards. The way the straps are positioned I could get it right. When baby was bigger it hurt dug in pulled at my shoulders. A lot of people don't get on with this brand but don't let it put you off trying other things.

Iv got this, so easy to wear. My 8week old loves it I even wear it round the house now to do the vacuuming lol x
