Butt pain ?? Any other mommies experiencing pain in the buttock when sitting for long periods? Me…

I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this. I feel it after sitting too long or walking a lot. It’s almost like a cramp that takes its time going away. I plan on asking my dr about it at my next appointment on Wednesday.

It's because of the extra weight from the baby causing pressure. If you can't get up & move every few minutes then now's a good time to start those kegels & tightening your buttock muscles while you do them

Yup. I find that sitting on an exercise ball helps.

I had that with my first pretty sure it was the extra weight on my tail bone or just my butt so far so good this time but I’m sure it will come

oh my gosh! i’m SO glad i’m not the only one! i just thought maybe it was my butt getting bigger because i’m pregnant? (one can only hope) lol it almost feels like a charlie horse in my butt cheek!
