? tired!

Ok! I am 12 weeks today with fraternal twins! I found out at 3 almost 4 weeks! Since my 5th week of pregnancy I have been hospitalized 3 times for hyperemesis ? although it's gotten better, I am beyond exhausted, I haven't been able to work & it is really eating on me mentally! I've went from complete independency to barely being able to fix a meal for myself! I just need to vent
