So I'm pregnant again and it's going well YAY!!!! But that means ms is seriously kicking my butt ?. But it gets worse. DH is starting to show serious signs of getting gastroparesis again ??? i don't know how we're going to handle both of us being so damn sick again. This happened with dd too. It was a nightmare and there was only ds to deal with! And it gets worse. Our 6 month house inspection is scheduled for Wednesday. I can barely keep my kids fed let alone clean. I'm freaking out. I need to clean up the house, I need to find a specialist for DH, all while trying to survive while basically starving/living off pretzels and water. I don't know if I can do this. ??? someone tell me it's going to be ok.

Not fun! May I ask, what is the house inspection for? Would they understand? As long as it's not crazy! I don't know what it's about. I barely had any MS but if what I did had got much worse I know it would be tiring and difficult to deal with. What is your husband dealing with?

It's just a twice a year walk-through kind of thing. But the house is disgusting. The bathrooms get a weekly deep-cleaning and they've already missed out the last two weeks.
And gastroparesis is basically his stomach is refusing to work so it won't digest food and he feels sick constantly.

Breathe Mama. Focus on one thing at a time. Try to relax girl. I know sometimes life can feel like too much is being thrown at you.. It will be ok girl. Just try to stay calm. Focus on your health right now. Then deal with your finding your husband a doctor and then clean up and get everything ready for the inspection. It will be ok Mama! Sometimes we just need to step out of problems and relax and come back to it with a positive mindset. You got this! ?

I wish. They want to help but all live 5 hours away. Well all survive I know but it just sucks when everything piles in at once.

Gastroparesis is awful! Do they know what causes your husband's? They can't figure out what causes mine and told me there isn't anything I can do for it. ☹️
Do you have any family or friends that could maybe help you out with cleaning?
Hope things get easier for you. Try not to stress too badly!
ETA: just saw were you said family lived far away.

They have no idea. It just comes around occasionally. They're thinking maybe it's due to his reflux but they aren't sure.
Era: as for higher someone I'll have to see if I can find someone affordable.

Not all the time but yes. He eats, the. It just kinda sits there forever. If he's careful and eats soft/easy to digest foods it'll usually make its way through eventually. Sometimes, regardless, it'll come back up. Usually 2 times a day or so until his system slowly gets back online.
Eta: usually his bouts last about a month or two.
