How much blood? Some bleeding can still be normal, I think. Have you had your levels tested? Maybe you can get your doctor to take your levels and see if they're going down.

It is dark red/brown blood every time I wipe. No clots yet and no cramping since yesterday. I don't have a Dr yet... however I work on a L&D unit and I work tonight. I am going to have one of the girls scan me. I am trying really hard to stay positive but it's not looking good. Praying for the best.

Update: so I had dark red bleeding for a few hours mostly when I wiped never needed a pad just a pantyliner. Then it stopped for a few hours. Then the cramping started again. So I ended up calling out of work thinking the bleeding would start back up again and get heavy. It never got heavy and turned into very light spotting and went away again. I decided to drive up to my job and have one of the girls scan me anyway. Since I'm only 6wks they could not see much! In one view we thought we saw a sac but in another view we didnt. So I know I need a transvaginal US instead to be sure. So now I'm even more confused and I just got back home and now the spotting is turning to the bright red ? I am going to call my old OB in the morning to see if they can see me and get an early scan, draw levels, and if they see something then maybe I can start some progesterone if my little bean is still there. Thank you all so much for you concerns and prayers! I am still hoping for the best...

So sorry you're having to go thru this. Hope you can get in with your old ob fast. In in AZ and labs allow patients to order some test if that helps you. Good luck hun ???

Rene I had a 6 week transvaginal scan here could see heartbeat and got measured.

Worth pushing for if you're worried?

Update: So my old ob is not willing to bring me in yet!!! Just got off the phone with the nurse. They are sending me to get labs drawn today and again on Monday to compare levels. Once they get the labs then they will decide to start progesterone if needed. I am to call her over the weekend if I start to have increased bleeding or painful cramps. I am still hopeful you guys! The bleeding has not gotten any worse and actually stops for a few hours at a time. Now all I can do is pray and cross my fingers over the weekend. This is worse than the TWW... ???

Go to doctor ASAP. Could have been a chorianic hemorrhage which is very normal but scary. That is when a blood clot ruptures between baby and uterus. Baby is often just fine but you will need a scan. OR maybe it was implantation bleeding? Regardless go to doc. Good luck and stay positive!
