Overnight solution
I'm just about ready to go buy some sposies (honest co or some other "green" option, of course) because lately Layla is waking up in the middle of the night crying & super wet. We use 5-layer charcoal bamboo inserts along with 1 microfiber in her pockets, which WAS working, but is clearly not anymore. Any suggestions?

Fitted and wool. Hands down.

Ditch the microfiber and either double up on bamboo or try hemp. I buy mine on ebay for relatively cheap.

Alva has a bamboo fitted for $7.50. That's the cheapest we found.. They work for us.

You can add a fleece liner to help with wetness. My son doesn't mind feeling wet.

We use a Motherease fitted with a thirsties hemp prefold inside and a wool cover overtop. It's rare for any of our heavy wetters to pee through that even though dd3 goes to bed with a water bottle.

I had given up on cloth diapers because of leaks and totally regretted it because I had a terrible blow out with a sposie. So I tried a fitted with fleece liner and wool cover. AMAZING.
