We were supposed to close on our home on Friday so that we could be moving in this weekend so that when I have my son everybody would be comfortable in the new house well apparently I need to put in a water filtration system or treat the nitrates that are in the water in the bathroom of the new home before we go to settlement and that it's so expensive it would be $12,000 on top of tryin to get money to close on the house....So idk im so stressed!!! Like i just wanna move already were all packed and ready to go but can't!! ????? why does something always set us back! Like i only have 14 days left!!

Whoa! Why do you have to do it and not the seller??? Sounds to me like you need to discuss some other options. Don’t make big financial decisions like that on pure emotion. Some real estate agents can be bullies. ?

Why the heck do you have to do it?! Sounds like a sellers issue. Or try to finance the repair? Im so sorry. We just closed and moved a week later than planned and the dowb payment was more than we initially wanted to do so any extra monet for baby prep is gone.... feel.your stress mama. I was so antsy to just move. Fingers crossed this gets figured out asap!

Who gave you that quote? I would get a second opinion. It sounds like alot for that. Hope you get it straightened out. I owned a house for 10 years so I know what all can go wrong. Rent may be higher right now but it's so nice to know if something breaks that its not our responsibility.
