I need to lose weight but I just can’t!!! No matter how Healty I try and eat I always go back to the chocolate and biscuits I’ve put 3 stone on since having my little girl who’s nearly 1, I breastfeed so supplements and shakes etc I can’t have? I’m so down about it x

I don’t do slimming world, and never have done but I get everything from Aldi! I buy frozen raspberries, and blueberries for my breakfast and have some oats with them. They come in a big tub which lasts ages and only costs a few pound! Everything else I get from the market! Cheap, but doesn’t last as long but we eat so much fruit? if it starts to go a bit mushy I’ll make a smoothie instead, and have that as my snack instead of a bowl of fruit. They do 1kg bag of frozen chicken breasts which is £3.33, and buy a cheap bag of peppers (about 90p). I always prep my lunch, so I’ll make a big batch of food for me and Dan and it lasts us around 3/4 days, so no fuss everyday as it’s already done! And I usually buy packs of microwave veg as I’m lazy?
As I said, I’ve never done slimming world but heard that it doesn’t agree with everyone! Meal prep has really helped me maintain weight, save time and cut down on portion sizes. If I get bored of something I’ll just look on Pinterest and get a few new ideas!
Also, I just stopped buying sweets, chocolate and biscuits, if it’s not in the cupboard I’m not tempted? but we do buy a tub of halo top ice cream as treat (£5 a tub?) and it tastes amazing considering there’s only around 300 calories in the whole tub!!

You just need a sensible calorie deficit, so you need to burn more than what you take in! I eat fairly clean, swapped biscuits and chocolate for cereal bars or fibre one brownies! Halved the amount of carbs and doubled the portion of veg. Weak squash instead of pop, etc! Have a take away every week! I go to the gym a few times a week, but I don’t do any cardio in the gym I just go to do resistance/weights. I get cardio in by taking Evie to the park and running around with her for an hour? but anything that raises your heart rate! If you don’t have time for the gym, then there’s loads of home workout guides or videos on YouTube etc! HIIT is good too, again they’ll be loads on YouTube! And you could get some resistances bands (really cheap on amazon!)
As others have suggested my fitness pal is really good if you want to track macros, but there’s loads of videos online if you wanted to work out your own! Xx

Don’t cut things out as that’ll make you want it more.
Only plan I know you can eat on and breast feed is slimming world, but weight watchers may now. Don’t be ashamed of your body it created a miracle and it takes time to get over that xx
Workout (you can do that in your house too). Eat healthy, in time (intervals) and right amount of food (you must create healthy caloric deficit). Drink Mummy magic weight loss tea 3xday. Stay motivated and be happy with your results.
