At some point I did notice a preference but it kinda fizzled out. Are u starting with the breast baby fed last off the next feed? So feeds 5 minutes only on left but next feed start feeding with that left breast x

It's best to let them finish a feed on one boob this way she will get the fore milk and hind milk. I never do both boobs per feed I will alternate.

But they will have a fab side mine is my left x

Yep my little one prefers right side. I alter side depending on time of day

My little boy prefers my right boos. I've had blocked ducts 3 times in my left because he has a shallow latch on that side. He's 9 mo than now and my right boob is bigger than my left because it generally produces more milk! In the early days I always offered both boobs per feed but found he never wanted both so just ended up offering one. Then you know the next feed they are going to have a full boob off one side. TBH I would just go with what you feel is best for you!

Yep I think this is normal for most babies, Mason prefers the left! He will sometimes have a good feed from the right but I normally end up topping him up from the left side as he will start fussing after a while and won't go back on unless I put him on the left side. I figure this is the best way and even though he will be getting two lots of foremilk it's still better than him having a 5/10 minute feed xx

At work I encourage the mums to use the rugby ball hold (under the arm) if the baby prefers one boob to the other. Sometimes they only like being one way up, so just slide them backwards under your arm on the side they don't like and they might be tricked into thinking it's the one they do like (does that make sense?).
