My son is 7 months now and only has a jar of baby food every now and again as he's just not interested my question is what can he actually eat? He has no teeth yet though thanks ladies x

It would surprise u with what he can eat lol he would be able to eat most things Hun try wee fingers of toast or cheese spread sandwiches, he will probably just gum at them the first time but he'll get there :) breadsticks are good as well xo

15 month old only has 4 teeth and eats a similar amount to me. He eats almost anything (can't manage gammon although he had a good go swallowing while chunks!).

A baby can eat anything (except honey and whole nuts) from 6 months so go crazy! I fed the girls whatever we are (BLW) and they loved everything. I never got round to jars or puréed food as blw worked for us x

Anything apart from nuts and honey. Try him with sandwiches, toast, pasta that sort of thing he will chomp on them and make them soggy but it will be fun for him xx

We did baby led weaning. I have never puréed or mashed anything. Their jaws are very powerful. Babies are completely biologically capable of eating finger foods from 6mths.
