Is it normal to be extremely heavy and also feel really sore down there i feel like ive just give birth again sorry tmi but is it normal?? I havent got pain in my stomavh or back hardly but my hoohar feels really sore x

Yeah quite normal, mine was horrendous and the second one wasn't much better! Defo don't remember that with my first baby x

Yes I felt bruised all over again like my foof was falling out! And yes it's normal for it to be heavy
