Ok so I need opinions..... I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath duplex no central air I have a ac unit in the living room and one in the bedroom I’m on a budget would it be smart to run both and cool the whole house down or run them one at a time ?

Both. Seems like it would take one unit longer to cool the whole apt. Less time running with two going.

I think running both would be better if you don't close your room off during the day. But if you do, then separately would maybe be better.
Definitely keep at the higher temp you can stand.
