I'm waiting for the doctors office to open so I can get an appointment. I've had itchiness, sore, and swollen feeling around my vagina. No discharge at all. Could it be a yeast infection?

Yes, it's possible. U don't necessarily have to have discharge or all the symptoms for an infection to be present.
