Help? Do you guys know what this could be? She had a few "pimples" yesterday morning but then this flared up around 12am. It's now 4:50 and looks irritated. I was thinking a rash because she seems to be itchy but I'm not sure what could have caused it.

Maybe it is the beginning of eczema.

It could be many things. She may be having an alergic reaction to something as babies skin is so senitive. I would take her to your primary care asap just for a check up or call advice nurse they can be helpful at times.

I wanna take her in but her pedi is booked until Feb and if I walk in she's seen by a nurse. But I'll go in thanks :)

Took her to a different pedi since hers refused to see her for even a Minute and scheduled her in for the 12. She was prescribed a cream and her rash is gone :) there are still a few bumps but it looks like baby acne now. Thanks ladies! I also bathed her with aveeno and I think that partly helped.
