Passed... for now

I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and had to do the 3 hour glucose test at 12 weeks. I found out that I did pass but will have to redo the 3 hour at 24 weeks. My concern is that my OB said all my numbers were under the limits but my last draw at hour 3 was 36!! He said that is not normal and that it’s indicative of diabetes. I’ve been tracking my numbers at home with my glucose meter since I found out I became pregnant and my numbers have all been under the limits. I’m confused as to why my last draw was so low and how does this mean diabetes? I’ve tried googling but all I can find is information on reactive hypoglycemia and it’s almost always found in diabetics. He was kind of rushed at my appointment or I would have pressed for more information. I’ll definitely bring it up to him in 3 weeks. I know you guys aren’t medical professionals, just didn’t know if anyone experienced something similar.
