12 days late

We have been TTC since our m/c last May. Each month AF arrives and it's a huge disappointment. Well last AF didn't show (should have started Dec 30th). I'm normally on a 24-25 day cycle (+\- a day or so). Ovulation was around 12/18 (don't temp or use opks but I do keep note of my cervical mucous changes). I am 12 days late today. I have taken at least 6 or more HPTs and all have been negative. Last test was this past Saturday. Using first morning urine. Even splurged and bought a FRER (normally I just buy the Dollar Tree ones or the 88 cent ones from Walmart). I have been having nausea, very sore breasts, peeing more, etc. I am at a loss as to what is going on. I don't want to go get a blood test until after I have missed 2 weeks (as I can guarantee my OB office will tell me to wait that long anyways). Nothing has changed. No weight gain, normal stress levels, no new meds, nothing that would point to throwing my cycle this far off. I just feel confused.
