I stay motivated bc it feels better to be healthy! You wake up in a better mood, you're more productive throughout the day.. And you look hot!!
You can never go wrong with simple foods like chicken, fish, tuna, broccoli, white rice.. Water is your BFF. Three meals a day with snacks inbetween, don't cut meals. You may not like some healthy foods but the more you eat it the more you'll be accustomed to it and fast food will just gross you out!
Also trade some unhealthy stuff for better versions - instead of canola oil use olive oil, instead of ground beef use ground turkey (so good) eat wheat instead of white and drink 1% or 2% milk! Just a few suggestions.
