Average has been 26 days but last month was 29. I'm having cramping right now, but can you have ovulation cramps and still not ovulate? These predictions on all these apps are way off for me if so...

My cycles are usually 25 days with ovulation somewhere from cd10-12. This month ovulation on cd 21! Random after 5 years of identical cycles ?
