new meds, not too bad

I met with the specialists today and was started on 2 types of insulin. I have to say it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The doctor and nurses were super nice and helpful, and I feel so much more capable of dealing with all this now. I have to do 4 injections a day with the pens, but you really can't feel it at all. Once I get the timing of the short and long acting down, I think it'll be good.
