Lol Enzo sounds like that too (even sometimes when he's looking for the boob and I'm not fast enough, he starts breathing real fast and sounds like he's snorting). Do you have a Nose Frida? That along with some saline drops works wonders !!! It is the craziest baby item I've ever seen (along with the Windi) but it works sooo well.

Nosefrida! My daughter had a cold and it got out tons of stuff even when I had just used the nasal bulb. It's kinda gross sometimes but it works! lol

Humidifiers help or sitting in a steamy bathroom with the baby for a few min with the shower on. There's not a lot you can do for a baby that young.
