Flat nipple on one side
My left nipple is flat and it takes him a long time to get latched if he even does latch. A lot of times he just cries when he finds out that that's the side I'm trying to latch him to. My son is eight weeks old now. On the right side he latches with no problem and nurses until it's empty but on the left side he just can't do it at all!

My right nipple was like that but I would pull on it as much as I can it will start pointing out and will get easier

I tried pumping first and that's not working either. Ugh it's been so frustrating for both of us

Pumping will help to shape the flat nipple, I've pumped for 3 months and now my son can latch on properly.
