My baby has been doing this also, the main thing that freaked me out and nearly made me cry was it came out of his nose also, I have no advice for this but I'm following!

It's normal if it only happens once in a while. My last son did it at least once a day and the pediatrician wasn't concerned.If he continues to do it it can be reflux.i know it's scary but I'm sure he's ok!

Sometimes they need a burp and it makes them puke everything up like force vomit. If it happens more feedings then not or is happening for a few hours then he's probably sick or has reflux.

My little guy is sick and all snuffled up in his nose he literally is snoring poor thing and if his nose is proper bothering him he vomits his milk up like the whole stomach worth flies out and then he will be fine and actually eat again and sleep lol

Did you check if he has a temp? Also was he too warm ?

If he is breastfed getting too much of the watery milk can make them puke too.

I find that when mine drink formula they tend to spit up more. With breast milk they don't seem to spit up as much. Since it's just this once I would guess that either baby Roman needed to get another burp out or he over are. If he continues to vomit take him to the pediatrician. He might need lactose-free formula.

Thanks everyone. He seems to okay today besides a weird sleeping pattern but I think he's going through a growth spurt so he just wanted to eat more than anything!
