After it's popped is the white thing still there for a while? I noticed milk coming out of it but the blister is still there. And it does hurt to nurse.

Pump/nurse until it filled enough to pop it and then put coconut oil on it. It hurts to latch for a week after its popped!

I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Idk what else it would be.

Try coconut oil
