I think you should ask your doctor. I went back to work 2 weeks after and mine stayed red for awhile.

Bright red is still okay within the first 6 weeks, even after sometimes. Volume and how much is more of the concern.

I don't think it still being red is a bad thing as long as your not passing any clots etc.

I'm just 1 day ahead of you And still bleeding red, it reaches my pad but doesnt soak them, I mentioned to a doctor a couple days back who said she doesnt have any concerns aslong as I'm not passing clots or soaking pads.

It's still within normal. I still had a by of bright red bleeding with ds at that point.

I had bright red blood for 7-8 weeks. It was very light though. My midwife wasn't concerned.
