I'm 39+3 And I feel really unwell. Had a headache on and off for 2 days. Nausea like I'm in my 1st trimester. A few boughts of vomiting. Hard to drinking water.

It could be you body getting ready. I usually get a bit of the runs before I deliver. It's like our bodies know it's coming and are prepping. Good luck!!

You should check your bp again and if it's elevated, call your doc or nurse advice line.

When I went into labor, I felt awfully nauseous. Especially the day before. If your bp is fine I would think it's almost baby time!

Nausea and headaches are also signs of pre-eclampsia. Go to L&D and get checked. Better safe than sorry!

Sounds like it's about baby time. I would call your OB for advice or go to L&D.
