I'm trying so hard to stay more active this pregnancy but I'm so tired! How many days a week are you exercising? I do Zumba and prenatal yoga 2-3 times a week.
I've been drinking RRL tea and I'm going to see a chiropractor starting next month.
I've ran across you on different boards but in case you've never seen my posts I'm going for a VBA2C in June ?
I had a Vbac 3 1/2 years after a cesarean that was for similar reasons to yours. The best advice I received was to labor at home for as long as possible. The sooner you go to the hospital, the more chance of intervention that might not be necessary. I labored until I literally could not walk through a contraction and by the time we got to the hospital, I was 7cm and my daughter was born a little over an hour later in about 4 pushes. Also, I focused a lot on drinking water and maintaining a healthy weight throughout the pregnancy and I think that helped. Good luck! My vbac was an amazing experience. If you have specific questions, let me know!
