So every few days I get a quick sharp stabbing pain in my uterus and after I have dark brown discharge. It's the same quick pain I had before I bled. It's a really quick pain, no more than 2 seconds.

I have very little clue in what that could be. I was thinking round ligament pain but that wouldn't have bleeding. I'll bump this for you though. I pray everything okay.

For me it was normal. I always got sharp pains. Midwife said it was normal. I also bled with all my pregnancies a lot some time between 12 and 14 weeks. I would definitely tell your doctor if your worried. You also have a doppler so you can take a quick check.

It could just be your uterus stretching. Brown blood is old blood so as it stretches it could dislodge some and cause spotting.

I would say round ligament pains also, I'm 18 weeks and have them all the time. I've also gone through miscarriage before and mine don't feel like cramping or anything almost like sharp twinges that are gone within seconds. Good luck ?
