For me food has really intense smells, I get nauseous everytime i make my boys ham sandwiches, the ham smells so gross right now. (No its not gone bad)

I decided to make bone broth yesterday. It has to simmer for 2 days. I need a mask. The mix of meat and roasted garlic permeated my dreams and I'm going to hurl. I can't wait for it to be done so I can make apple butter or something to get rid of the bone smell ?
