contractions
Been having regular Braxton hicks since I turned 38 weeks. Or at least I believe that's what they are. They're not timeable nor are they painful but it's just been frequent. I'm not allowed to labor at home bc drs are afraid my uterus could rupture, so I have to go in at the first signs. BUT I feel like I wont know when I am in labor bc I'm getting used to these bh. I know it's a when you know, you know type of thing. But it still worries me that I won't "know"
I'm in the same boat, sort of. My baby is an odd breech and will come feet first, and I'm already 3cm so they said to take it easy until my c section next Thursday because they'd rather me not labor at home or anything either. I'm so confused with all these contractions I'm getting too! ?
@mummaber I've been having bh since about maybe 18/19 weeks. And with my first almost 4 years ago, those contractions woke me up out of my sleep so I def knew the difference. It's just been so long and since I really cant wait it out, I dont want to go to the hospital too early or too late. I'm all confused lol
I don’t have the same problem but I hope to think that I’ll be able to tell when it’s real contractions. I’ve been having Braxton Hicks for weeks. My first baby I had none. I believe they will start to get painful after the frequency stays consistent. So maybe even after an hour or two of what could feel like Braxton Hicks.
I'm taking it day by day now. I will try to monitor my bh from now on and see when they change
