No pitocin unless truly necessary.
Give me my Epi as soon as possible.
Take a nap.
No, i dont want to see the birth or feel his head.
Be flexible in previous 4.

- Skin on skin contact with baby immediately after birth if I'm able to.
- no introduction to pacifiers yet since I'll be breastfeeding

I don't do one. This is my 4th baby. 3rd at this hospital with this doc. I just roll with the punches and trust my doc and medical team.

Thanks ladies. Had my 1st baby at 33 weeks so I'm trying to do everything I didnt get to do the first time. My birth plan is going to be super flexible since I had a c section and the Drs have a low tolerance for anything going wrong. So I'm basically rolling with the punches as well

For the most part mine says, “get baby out safely”, but I always add that I do not like to be touched or have any wet was clothes Or comforting (please respect my bubble as much as possible) and that I want to stay as covered as possible. I’m very modest and spend so much energy making sure I’m not exposed more than necessary so it helps if the nurses know.
