Lol!!! I've been reading up on it. Not sure what exactly to use for the massaging part

I’ve been having my boyfriend do them. He uses virgin unrefined coconut oil on the tips of his thumbs. Go into the vagina and gently stretches down and to the sides and then in a U shape. We do this for about 5 min and i TRY to relax best i can lol. i definitely feel the stretch though so i hope it’s working.
