I’m not sure if you’re dealing with the same thing as I, but I have been dealing with constipation and whenever I’m backed up and just ate a meal, I feel like I’m going to burst and I’m super uncomfortable.
When that happens, I take my fiber gummies and stool softener gel caps and I feel better in a few days after a few BM.
