I go by my LMP because my babies always messure smaller than average. & all of mine have been tiny when I have them but always very healthy.

I always go by the ultrasound because my ovulation time is not consistent.

Conception is a very tricky thing. You can chart and test and do all of that stuff and still be off. According to my lmp I am 9w today. But I ovulated on June 11th and that's the only day hubby and I had sex that week (I had just had a miscarriage in April so we weren't trying very hard). Had an ultrasound last Monday at 8w and baby was measuring at 8w2d. I always go by the ultrasound. Sometimes they won't bother to change your date though unless it's a significant difference.

I go by the ultrasound. I have an idea when I conceived, but I'm not 100%, since my menstrual cycle was so erratic.

When I went to my first scan I thought I was 7w5d going by my lmp but I measured 8w4d so went with that. Ever since then my dates have matched up with other scans I've had. I definitely didn't get my lmp wrong but it could be that I ovulated early which is why I measured 6 days ahead of what I thought I was ?
